A Little Gift for You to Make Groceries Easier

A Free Printable to Simplify Your Next Grocery Trip

Spring can be busy in weird ways, longer days, but somehow not enough time. If you’ve been staring into your fridge wondering what to make, I have something that might help.

This week, I’m sharing a little gift I made for you: a printable grocery list template that’s organized by aisles (fruits & veggies, deli, pantry, etc.) so your shopping trip flows more easily.

At the bottom, there’s a meal planning table where you can jot down your dinners for the week—then cut it off and stick it to your fridge. Easy to update, and no need to open your phone every time someone asks, “What’s for dinner?”

I use this template every week to avoid the last-minute dinner scramble (and no, to avoid forgetting the list on the counter again).

To help you: If you want to take it one step further:

  • I wrote a blog post about how I stay organized using this list and a help from AI.
  • Write you menu and add to the list only what you need.
  • Forward it to a young adult, teen or someone that might need help to stay organized.

Just for you! I have not shared it on the blog yet:
