For every parent who’s tired of dreading dinner… *Special Edition*

Bonjour,

This email is a little different from my usual recipes (if you are new, you can read the past emails here) and simple French food moments but an important one.

Today is the story behind something I’ve quietly been building for years.

Introducing: The Table Reset

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve felt it too:

That moment at 4:30pm when your energy is gone, dinner isn’t planned, the kids are hungry, and the whole evening already feels like it’s slipping out of your hands.

I’ve lived that version of motherhood: the “hold your breath and hope dinner works out” season. And I’ve talked to enough parents to know it’s not just you.

We were never taught how to structure family meals in a way that works for our real lives. We feel the pressure, perfectionism, and guilt… but not systems.

And that’s exactly why I created The Table Reset, a 12-week program that includes modules with practical tools and live coaching.

It combines my French upbringing (where meals have rhythm, not chaos) with my 15 years of motherhood (where I learned the hard way what does not work).

It’s a roadmap that helps parents:

  • simplify cooking and planning
  • build calm into their evenings
  • stop overthinking every meal
  • reduce the mental load around food
  • create a table that feels warm, not stressful

Not with more work.
With better structure.

If dinner currently feels like the most draining part of your day, you’re not failing, you’re functioning without a rhythm that supports you.

A small group is opening soon, and if you’d like to hear more when it’s ready, just reply:
“Tell me more.”

I’ll personally send you the info when doors open.

See you next week

I promise next week, we are part to regular programming! Thank you for your support!

Bonjour 💙🧡 I’ve been thinking about this pasta all week. I hadn’t made it in a while, and I need to add it to our menu asap… If you try it, you will understand exactly why it lives rent-free in my head. It’s creamy. It’s rich. It’s ridiculously comforting. And somehow, it tastes like something you’d order at a restaurant… except you’re in your socks, at home, on a weeknight. This Week’s Recipe Spotlight Meet: Creamy Rigatoni Gorgonzola with Crispy Coppa Chips Al dente rigatoni coated in a...

Bonsoir ! ✨ Bonne année ✨ Even if we are already mid-January, I don’t think it’s ever too late to send good wishes. I hope 2026 brings you calm, good food, and simple moments that feel good in everyday life. La belle vie quoi ! I’m also a little late for l’Épiphanie (January 6), but in France, we happily enjoy galette des rois all through January. If you feel like baking one, I highly encourage it. Galette des rois (King's Cake) It is really easy to make as I use store-bought puff pastry and...

Bonsoir ! Every December, someone hears me mention a Provençal tradition I carried with me to Canada and says, “Thirteen desserts?! Do you bake for days?” And I always smile, because the secret is this: it’s not about baking at all. In Provence, les treize desserts isn’t a sugar marathon, it’s a table filled with small, meaningful treats. Some homemade, some bought, some as simple as nuts or fruit. A symbol of abundance and togetherness after Christmas Eve dinner. Over the years, I’ve adapted...
